Cam Goins makes his return from injury

As a freshman, Cam Goins made a big impact for Cleveland once Omarion Hampton went down with an injury. Goins’ ability to step in and take on a big workload helped the Rams to the 3-AA state title appearance. Goins actually threw for a touchdown in the game, but later on in the game he suffered a shoulder injury that ended his night and took his summer away. Goins missed the first two games rehabbing for the injury. On Friday night he made his return with a catch for a 25 yard touchdown and a punt return for 27 yards. Goins rushed 41 times for 203 yards and caught 13 passes for 122 yards and scored five touchdowns in his freshman year. Goins was also 2-for-2 for 53 yards and a touchdown through the air.
