Treshad Lynch's big game on both sides of the ball was crucial in North Lenoir's comeback win over Greene Central.
The Rams led on Friday, 14-6, in the season-opening contest. But a rain delay would throw off the Rams' momentum and the game restarted on Monday.
The Hawks took advantage and scored three touchdowns to win the game. Lynch, the sophomore quarterback, had over 100 yards through the air with a touchdown and an interception. Lynch also ran one score into the end zone. Lynch even sealed the game with an interception on Greene Central's final drive.
The Rams will be looking for redemption at Kinston on August 27. North Lenoir will play on Farmville Central on August 27.
